We're Building Our Future, made up of our new global headquarters and R&D Center in Northeast Ohio.


New Global Headquarters and R&D Center

Over the course of our more than 156-year history, Sherwin-Williams has grown from a small enterprise on the Cuyahoga River to a global leader of high-performance paints and coatings made of more than 61,000 dedicated employees providing innovative solutions to our customers. Driven by our continued need to serve our customers at the highest level and retain and attract top talent, we are creating a next-generation workplace environment that ignites creativity, collaboration and industry-leading innovation. The Building Our Future project consists of a new global headquarters located in downtown Cleveland and a Research and Development Center located in Brecksville, Ohio.

The new headquarters offers more opportunities to celebrate the Sherwin-Williams brand, as well as act as a catalyst for future development in and around its new campus. The R&D Center will be responsible for product development, coatings research, color  technology and process engineering. 

 

Our new facilities will house more than 4,000 employees made up of professional staff, engineers, technicians and chemists, with room to accommodate future growth. Headquarters

The headquarters campus will consist of three buildings: a two-story pavilion acting as the front porch to Public Square, a 36-floor office tower and an attached multi-level parking garage.
